1. How soon will my order ship?

We try our hardest to ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. If you need it faster or want us to delay it, send us an email at Loveandlaughtercorp@gmail.com

 

2. What is your return policy?

We want you to LOVE your pieces as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don't fit or look how you expected them to. All sale items are not returnable or exchangeable so feel free to reach out with any questions. Roxanne skirts are the only exception. If you want to exchange an item please let us know right away so we can hold the item for you. All returns MUST come in original packaging with tags in tact. There can be no deodorant stains, makeup or perfume on the garment. You are responsible for the cost of the exchange and it must be received back within 4 days of you getting the original order.

 

3.What do I do if my order came damaged, defective or the wrong item?

Oh man, we are so sorry. Send us an email and we will gladly replace the item at our cost. loveandlaughtercorp@gmail.com

 

4.I purchased and item at a Pop Up and want to reorder but don't see it on your website?

Pop Up's are our opportunity to test new items, limited stock items or discontinued items. Email us with a photo of the item and we can tell you if, when and how you can get another one. loveandlaughtercorp@gmail.com
